Curatorial Assistance Traveling Exhibitions is a 501(c)3 organization established in 2000. Only a portion of CATE’s budget is met through the participation fees paid by renting venues. Operating income, exhibitions and programming are supported in part through contributions and grants from individuals, foundations, and corporations.

Over the years we were kindly supported by the National Endowment for the Arts, The Annenberg Foundation, The Ahmanson Foundation, and The Getty Foundation[1] , among others.
